According to hormone expert, Alisa Vitti, 'as human beings, hormones have huge implications on our sex life, as well as the feelings we experience afterward.  But then, these hormones fluctuate throughout the day, such that at some point, they peak, and at other times, they reduce in production.  Therefore, synchronizing your hormones with your partner’s could lead you to achieving more enjoyable sex than ever'.

Vitti tells DailyMail that the best time to have sex is  3 p.m. She goes on to say, for women, this is when the hormone cortisol, peaks, and brings with it energy and alertness.
At the same time, men have high levels of oestrogen, which makes them more emotionally present during sex.

Good sex is hard to beat. It can be both orgasmic and intimate, and leave you feeling fulfilled both physically and emotionally.

The key to satisfying sex is for partners to find a way to synchronize their urges.

In the bid to end heartbreaks, loneliness, and the frustration to get loyal spouses, some Japanese men have now found true love and peace with silicone sex dolls. Photos below show how these men spend time indoor and outdoor with their companion (sex dolls).

According to reports, around 2,000 of the life-like dolls which are sold in Japan cost around £4,600. It comes with adjustable fingers, removable head, and life-like genitals.

A little info goes a long way. 1. The cli**ris is the only organ in the human body (either male or female) whose sole purpose is to transmit s*xual sensation. 2. It goes much deeper than you’d think (kind of like a Barbara Walters special): It’s actually a complex organ that extends throughout a woman’s private parts, and is therefore sometimes referred to as the clitoral network. Typically, the words clit or cli**ris refer just to the clitoral glans, or head — that sensitive little nubbin you all know and love as the cli**ris. 3. The nubbin sits in a little hood where the tops of the labia meet. 4. It’s analogous to the glans of the man-hood. And, just like the man-hood, the cli**ris fills with blood and swells when it’s aroused. 5. Most women need some kind of clitoral stimulation in order to climax. 6. The clitoral head has more sensory nerve endings than any other structure in the body (again, female or male) — somewhere between 6,000 and 8,000 thousand, four times as many as on the (much larger) head of the man-hood. 7. Not all clitorises are alike, as you should know if you’ve had the pleasure of knowing more than one in your life. Some are smaller than a grain of rice, and others are the size of a lima bean (talk about flicking the bean). Some are very shy and rarely peek out of the hood, and others are big show-offs. Some disappear into the hood once they’re aroused, and others pop out when a woman is turned on. Some women like direct clitoral stimulation, and others prefer it over the hood — and some find even that too intense. And clitorises have mood swings, too — what’s too much on Monday may feel just right on Wednesday. It’s a matter of experimenting — on yourself or your partner — until you find what works. 8. Remember that most clitorises can take more (and more varied) stimulation when you use lube and/or when its owner is very turned on. If you’re using a vibrator, start on the lowest setting and work your way up so you don’t give the poor clit a heart attack. And if the cli**ris in question isn’t yours, pay constant attention to the woman upstairs — you need the feedback. 9. We know of no better resource than The Clitoral Truth, by our friend Rebecca Chalker for more info on the topic. It’s a must-read for anyone with a v**ina in their life. 10. The cli**ris is also known as the chickpea, little man in the boat, magic button, nubbin.

For 48-year-old web designer Barbarella Buchner, finding another man after her seven-year relationship ended was the last thing on her mind – because she believes she’s found happiness, companionship and emotional fulfilment with… her cats.

Incredible as it sounds, Barbarella thinks she’s found not one, but two soulmates in the form of her male cats, Spider and Lugosi. Her devotion to them is so strong that 10 years ago she even married them in an online ceremony.
"They’re the loves of my life," she claims. "I have no regrets and I don’t care what people say."
Cat-mad Barbarella has always been an animal lover. "As a child I was surrounded by cats," she says. "Our family regularly owned at least one or two. They were my favourite animal."

At 34, Barbarella finally got the chance to adopt her own cats, and she took the opportunity very seriously.
"For me, it was like when you know you’re having a baby," she says. "Before you have a baby or adopt a child, you look on the internet to learn as much as possible and read lots of books. That’s what I did before I got my cats."
In March 2000, Barbarella adopted two eight-month-old tabby cats from the same litter at an East London animal shelter.
"It was love at first sight when I laid eyes on my boys, Lugosi and Spider," she recalls. "I’ll never forget that day. They were rubbing against the cage and purring.
"I knew I wanted those cats… I could tell the feeling of love was mutual judging by their purrs and the way they were brushing their little faces against the bars. That was it; they were coming home with me!"
Barbarella – who now lives in Lanzarote – has had a few long-term relationships with men, but never wanted to marry.
She explains, "I didn’t know if I had it in me to be a wife. Some women are built to clean up after their men, and I’m not like that. But I never minded being my cats’ servants. I’m not a submissive person but I’ll do anything for Lugosi and Spider."
Barbarella says the cats were a comfort to her after her most serious relationship with her boyfriend of seven years broke down.
"My ex was the most important person in my life until things stopped working between us," she says. "He’d come home and we’d argue over something, or he’d want to chat when I didn’t want to. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms. I thought there was hope for us but in the end, there wasn’t.
"It was so painful breaking up with him. I cried for weeks after we split up, but the cats really helped me through the process. I would cry into Lugosi and Spider’s fur. They were on the sofa with me all the time and I felt calm.
"After my boyfriend left, Spider and Lugosi were still there for me, helping me get through the separation anxiety and feelings of sadness. I have loved and lived with a couple of partners before but I realised that my love for my fur babies is so much deeper than anything I have felt for a human."
In 2004, Barbarella decided to make their love official and looked into ways to marry her cats. She found a website calledMarryyourpet.com. The site has a list of rules they expect the human marrying their pet to adhere to – such as ‘You are not allowed to mistreat your pet in any way’ – and once Barbarella had been approved and had paid a small fee of about £20, she tied the knot with Lugosi and Spider in a quickie online ceremony, where she clicked on the words ‘I do’.

"Marrying Lugosi and Spider was something I had to do, for myself," she says. "Some people may call me a bigamist for marrying two cats or even call our marriage incest because they’re brothers. But I’ve never been one to care about what other people say or think, especially when it has anything to do with my cats and the unusual relationship I have with them.
"Obviously I don’t have sex with my cats. It’s just pure, spiritual, unconditional love on both sides, as simple as that."

Barbarella spoils her feline hubbies and admits she would happily go bankrupt for them.
"My cats eat better than me. I want them to stay healthy so I’ve put them on a pricey, raw meat diet. Their food is far more expensive than mine.
"One cat’s meals cost £17 per week. I also mix vitamin powder into their food which is £50 per bag. I would take out a loan to save my cats or borrow money if they needed an operation. There’s no limit to what I’d do."
To celebrate their three-year anniversary, Barbarella got a tattoo of her two tabbies on her right leg.
"I wanted something of Lugosi and Spider on my body. If they died, I would never marry another cat. They’re my first cats and no other cat in the future can change that.
"If a man ever approaches me, I just tell them straight off, “Sorry, I’m married to my cats.” If they think it’s odd, I don’t care."

Pregnancy is a difficult time for a woman. It can also be a stressful time in one’s marriage. Here are 10 things that a man should never say to his wife when she is pregnant.

1. “Man I slept good last night!”
Women do not want to hear this. Pregnancy is an uncomfortable time for a woman. Sleep is scarce and almost always interrupted by glamorous things like acid reflux and frequent trips to the bathroom.

2. “I know how you feel.”
No you don’t! This statement of attempted empathy doesn’t work, so don’t even go there.

3. “Don’t you think one bowl of ice cream is enough?”
Mothers-to-be often enjoy comfort foods and ice cream is one of them. Cut them some slack and don’t make the mistake of monitoring portions or critiquing requests for strange food combinations. If she asks for pickles and peanut butter at 1 a.m., give the woman what she wants!

4. “I think you might have stretched out my favorite pair of shorts.”
While this may be true, you should never say it. Pregnant women will do just about anything to be comfortable, including stealing your favorite gym shorts.

5. “Your toes make me hungry for sausage!”
Most women experience uncomfortable swelling in their legs and feet during pregnancy. If your wife struggles with this, keep your comments to yourself, unless you enjoy your evenings alone sleeping on the couch.

6. “Whoa, did one of the kids write on your leg with blue marker?”
Varicose veins are often one of the burdens some women have to endure during pregnancy. No comment about varicose veins is welcome, so avoid that conversation all together.

7. “Why are you crying…again?”
When women are pregnant their hormones can fluctuate. Don’t assume they need a “reason” to cry. If you want to help, just offer a shoulder to cry on.

8. “I think it would be fun if our kids were a year apart.”
This comment may quickly transform the woman you love into a raging monster. Appreciate the pain and sacrifice she is going through both physically and mentally and don’t assume she wants to repeat the experience anytime soon.

9. “Epidurals are getting so expensive. I think WE should go natural.”
Yes, epidurals cost money, but don’t ever include a “we” when talking to your wife about natural childbirth. There is no “we,” it’s just her.

10. “It feels like you’ve been pregnant forever.”

This could get you a bloody nose. No one feels like the pregnancy is longer than the woman. This is a no-win comment that also should be avoided at all costs.
Think before you speak, and just as every parent tells his child, “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

Divorce
Trouble comes in marriage, there is no escaping it. However, some things can be prevented if you safeguard your marriage by keeping the windows and doors of your relationship closed.

Do not allow anyone or anything sneak in because if you do, they will rob you of your trust towards each other, love towards one another and your overall peace of mind.
How can you do this?

First you need to recognize any potential threat to your marriage. For instance, a threat could be any of the following:

1. Other men/women.
Is another man/woman tempting you? So called harmless flirting with someone of the opposite s*x can lead you down a road that you cannot come back from. Instead, close that door by avoiding situations and/or the people that will tempt you.

2. Negative influences of friends.
You may have a friend that mistreats his/her spouse or a friend that parties a lot. If you are not careful, you may find yourself doing the very same thing. Instead, close that window by recognizing any negative influence and/or separating yourself from that person.

3. Meddling Parents.
Draw boundaries with your folks if they are always in your business. If your parents are constantly involved in your marriage, you won’t learn how to be married to your spouse and you run the risk of losing your spouse if you are not careful. Close that window by respectfully telling your parent/parents that you and your spouse will handle the marriage.
You may think you have all the doors closed and locked because none of the above situations apply to you. But have you checked your windows? Is there one open? Open windows can be subtle. You may have never even thought about it causing a problem in your relationship. Trouble can sneak in a window and still cause damage just as much as an open door. Some things you may want to check are:

4. Your job.
Are you spending unnecessary time away from your spouse? Your spouse may start to feel neglected and that feeling can cause him/her to look to someone else for attention. Close that window by leaving work when work is done and try not to bring it home with you if possible.

5. Your hobbies.
Are your hobbies pulling you away from your spouse? It’s cool to have an interest in something, but if it doesn’t allow you to spend enough quality time together, there is a window of opportunity for one or both of you to stray. Close that window by discovering a hobby that interests both of you, or balance your attention between your spouse and your hobby.

6. Yourself.
Is there any behavior you need to change? Are you doing something that you know your spouse doesn’t like? If there is some type of behavior you are aware of that can harm your relationship, close that window by making an effort to change it.
Recognize and change those things that may prove harmful to your relationship. You want to keep your marriage air tight and not allow anything or anyone to jeopardize it. Once everything has checked out, periodically do a walk-through of your marriage with your spouse to ensure its safety.

Dating

He won’t be able to take his eyes off of you.

Feeling a little blue about dating? Seeing that “green-eyed monster” when your friends talk about their great relationships? Whether it’s the Monday Blues, 50 Shades of Gray, or Black Friday, we have long had an intimate connection to color.
According to science, one color may give women just the boost we need when trying to attract that guy we’ve had our eye on: Red.

While this may not actually be a big surprise — we’ve long known that red is the color of passion and heat — there’s some real science behind the why of it all. The attraction to red is likely based on the color of blood, which is the easiest signal the body can produce to advertise fertility. And of course, when we look at the “survival of the species” perspective, fertility is the name of the game.

Just like animals, we respond to biological triggers that indicate it’s time to mate — color being one of the more important ones. Just think of the pictures of baboons you’ve seen with those red s*x organs! We are no different. We can even go so far as to say that men behave like animals when it comes to s*x.

And the funny thing is, men aren’t even necessarily aware of this innate attraction to red. So if we know there are millions of years of history indicating that males are sexually attracted to red, it stands to reason that wearing red would give you a boost on the attraction meter when trying to catch the eye of that cute guy.
When women wear red, men are more attracted, more likely to ask women out and more likely to spend more money while on a date.

So whether it’s red lipstick, a red dress or top, or even a red nightie, maybe you should try adding red to your wardrobe staples. After all, it’s science.

Happy couple
Let’s be honest; there are times when men can be completely clueless when it comes to women. I just don’t mean in the romantic department either, but just women in general; our bodies, our wants, or our needs.

Even your husband who thinks he knows you better than any other man, has some questions about your body that he is too afraid, or too embarrassed, to ask.
Here are some things that your husband may be too afraid to ask you about, but that maybe you should share with him to alleviate some of those fears and the awkwardness that surrounds them in general:

1. Your period
This can encompass so many things that your husband has questions about, but we will just stick to the menstrual cycle in general. If you need to pull out charts and pictures of female anatomy, go ahead; but I found that a general description of what happens during that week is sufficient enough, and in the end becomes very helpful when you’re riding the crimson wave.

2. Cramps
I had to make this it’s own thing because I have found that men do not have a very sound understanding of cramps, especially if they don’t understand periods. Help him understand that cramps can be EXTREMELY painful at times, and no you are not being a baby, and yes you need to just lie down for a while and take three Midol pills to feel comfortable again. You will be grateful you have explained cramps to him; and if he has more questions, YouTube is full of videos of men receiving simulations of cramps.

3. Hair
Hair you ask? But yes; hair. It seems to me that most men and husbands do not understand a woman’s hair, whether it’s on her head or on her body. My husband was surprised to find out that I was not magically hairless on my body, but that it took shaving to get it that way. Or there may be times when your husband doesn’t understand why you need to use a heat protector product or a deep conditioner for your hair, and this may be a good time to explain how you achieve those silky locks he enjoys so much.

4. Grooming
Some men find it puzzling how much extra time a woman might put into her appearance, such as using makeup or nail polish, or going to the salon in general. It may be important to explain to your husband that while doing these things makes you feel and look more attractive to him, it is also for your own self-esteem and a desire to feel and look good for yourself as well. Sometimes just a little bit of mascara and a fresh manicure can work miracles for how you feel and act.

5. Ovulation
I feel this process might need its own separate explanation from the period; especially if you are both in the time of life to start having children. It is smart to explain to your husband that having s*x without a condom or birth control doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to get pregnant. Also, by explaining ovulation to him, you will have someone who also knows when the best time for you to conceive is, helping you to remember when to start the baby making fun.

6. Chocolate
This is not technically a part of your body, but the craving part is. Some men wonder why women can crave chocolate so much and why. Studies have shown chocolate and other fatty, carbohydrate-rich foods trigger the production of more serotonin. Researchers also say that indulging in sweet and fatty foods also triggers the release of endorphins — brain chemicals that help you feel calm. So tell your man that, yes, it is scientifically proven that chocolate makes everything better.

7. Body shape
Your husband loves both you and your body. There are times when he probably doesn’t understand why you obsess over your weight so much, about being too thin or too fat. Truth is he probably doesn’t care. This is why it is good to be open and honest with your struggles, if you have any, for being satisfied with your body shape. This should especially be the case if you have dealt with an eating disorder, or still are.

8. Stretch marks
I add this one because I had an interesting experience with my husband lately, that some women may be able to relate to. I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and I was changing, when I noticed some lovely stretch marks on my lower abdomen. Surprised and a little disappointed, I exclaimed to my husband my frustration. To my astonishment, he said that he had actually noticed them for a couple weeks, but was too embarrassed to ask about it. So it’s probably best to explain to your husband about the inevitability of stretch marks, whether you have them now or when you are 60.

9. Body odor
You know that certain cologne that your husband wears that melts you every time he wears it? Or that lotion that he reacts positively to every time you have it on? Men underestimate the power of smell, and don’t understand how important it is to us. Explaining to him why you have scented candles all over the house or why you always wear perfume might help him to understand a little. Plus it can turn into a fun conversation of why he loves the way you smell. Everyone loves a little self-esteem booster!

10. The downstairs area
Last, but certainly not least, is the v**ina. Yes, men generally do not understand this area of a woman’s body. For example, he probably doesn’t know that there are three separate holes down there, all used for three separate reasons. It is important not only for your s*x life, but your well-being in general, to share this information with your husband.

Cut your husband some slack when it comes to understanding your body; to him it is an intricate and beautiful system he is still trying to understand. Be open and honest with him, and some awkwardly hilarious conversations are bound to ensue.

zodiac signs
Find out.

For as long as anyone has lived, lies have existed. We lie to protect others, ourselves, or even just because we feel like it. It’s human nature, but the nature of lying isn’t the same for everyone.

Based on our zodiac signs, we have different ways of lying and handling the aftermath. There are those who feel guilty and avoid it as much possible. Others don’t feel the need to lie, preferring honest above dishonesty. Others, meanwhile, are natural liars. To them, lying is a form of extravagant storytelling.
WNQ-Astrology tells us exactly how we lie, based on the dominant personalities of our zodiac. So what kind of liar are you?

Aries (March 21 – April 19): Aries aren’t big into lying. It doesn’t serve a purpose to them. They have no patience for the drama that ensues if they’re caught in a lie. And when they do lie, it’s not a big deal to them.
Taurus (April 20 – May 20): Tauruses are the stubborn ones, and they prefer things going their way. If it means that they have to tell a little white lie to have things done according to what they want, they would do it.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20): Geminis are mischievous and love the attention from people. They have wild imaginations, so they can make stuff up on a whim, and people believe them! They’re so good at it that you end up not caring if it’s true or not.
Cancer (June 21 – July 22): Loyal and caring, Cancer will only lie to protect you, whether it’s from someone else or from your own feelings. For them, it’s more of a way to reassure you that everything is fine even though it isn’t, and it’s out of the goodness of their hearts.

Leo (July 23 – August 22): Like Geminis, Leos love the attention from people around them. So when they tell you a story, it may start off as truth, but a very exaggerated truth. The more amazed their audience is, the more exaggerated their stories will become.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22): As much as possible, analytical Virgo doesn’t lie. Like Aries, they find it too bothersome and they’d rather focus on the situation at hand. However, the exception is if the truth stands in the way of resolving a situation. But even then, they’re considering all the pros and cons, and whether it’s really worth it.

Libra (September 23 – October 22): Libras are the diplomats of the zodiac, so in the name of what they believe is best for everyone, lying is a necessity. Unlike Geminis and Leos, their lies are somewhat believable; people don’t even realize that they’re lying until it’s too late.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21): Suspicious and sometimes manipulative, lying is a game that Scorpios know all too well. This is because of their observant nature, which allows them to analyze every angle of a situation and come up with the best lie to go with it.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21): The friendly and outgoing Sagittarius doesn’t lie. They value their friendships and the people around them too much to ever lie. But if they have to lie out of necessity, they don’ play around and it will be the biggest lie known to man, usually for a worthy cost.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19): Out of all the signs, Capricorns hate lying. They won’t do it and they refuse to do it. Because of their distrustful nature, it’s no wonder they’re against lying of any form. But if they do lie, it’s not hidden for very long. They’ll feel too guilty and end up telling the truth anyway.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18): Like Geminis, Aquarians are creative and witty storytellers. Their lies may be too good to be true, but they deliver it so flawlessly that people end up believing them.
Pisces (February 19 – March 20): The most sensitive of the signs, Pisces don’t lie. But when they do, it’s only for a good cause. It’s either to protect you from being hurt or to protect themselves. Either way, they’re so sensitive that people can’t even be angry at them when their lie is found out.

Let’s face it, any man lucky enough to have that action going on isn’t likely to complain. Most men are just thrilled to be in the game, and any s*x is great s*x because it’s WAY better than no s*x.

What I’ve learned from men is that great s*x has nothing to do with being a model or a gymnast and everything to do with being vulnerable and present.
Any woman can be a rock star in bed. Just follow these four simple steps:

1. Be willing to be seen.
Men are by nature visual creatures. Men want to see the goods they are going to touch. Leave the lights on. Don’t hide yourself under covers. Sure it’s vulnerable, maybe even terrifying. However, if you allow yourself to be seen, you’re about 90% there regarding being the best lover he ever had.

2. Tell him what you like, what you want and what you don’t.
Men have no idea what to do with your body. They may as well be flying with blinders on in the dark.
You don’t come with an instruction manual he can read up on before hitting the sheets, so it’s on you to praise and appreciate what feels delightful to help him find his way. Men are way more performance driven — his arousal is directly proportionate to him feeling like he pleases his woman. So, let him know what pleases you. You’ll both be glad you did.

3. Speaking of what pleases you, be willing to ask for it.
Men are turned on by a woman who knows what turns her on and will go after it. They like to be in the driver’s seat. However, a man also likes a woman who’s willing to take the wheel and steer towards her pleasure. Chances are being shy won’t get you off, and it won’t help him get you off either.

4. Savor HIS body too.
You know how women hate it when a man goes from a peck of a kiss straight to her crotch in 5.5 seconds? Well, men don’t hate that.
However, they enjoy a woman who will take the time to enjoy his parts in between. Be curious. Be slow. Be the woman who savors his entire body. That’s the kind of woman he’s going to crave more of because he felt like you craved him, all of him.

The dating game can be nerve wracking. It’s only natural to worry about how you’ll come across and whether or not your date will like you. Here’s what you can do to get past your nerves and self-consciousness so you can build rapport and forge a great connection.

Sometimes it is pretty hard to find that one your really love but these four tips below can help you with find that one you really love.
DONT MAKE YOUR SEARCH FOR A RELATIONSHIP THE CENTRE OF YOUR LIFE: Concentrate on activities you enjoy, your career, health, and relationships with family and friends. When you focus on keeping yourself happy, it will keep your life balanced and make you a more interesting person when you do meet someone special.
REMEMBER THAT FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARENT ALWAYS RELIABLE. Especially when it comes to Internet dating, people don’t always accurately portray themselves. Regardless of where or how you meet someone, though, it always takes time to really get to know that person. You have to experience being with someone in a variety of situations, some good and some not so good, before you really know him or her. For example, how well does this person hold up under pressure when things don’t go well or when they’re tired, frustrated, or hungry?
BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR OWN FLAWS AND SHORTCOMINGS: Everyone has a flaw—or several—and, for a relationship to last, you want someone to love you for the person you are, not the person you’d like to be, or the person he or she thinks you have the potential to become. In many cases, what you consider a flaw may actually be something another person finds quirky and appealing. By being honest and shedding all pretense, you’ll encourage the other person to do the same, which can lead to a fulfilling relationship.
INVEST IN A VERTICAL RELATIONSHIP BEFORE YOU INVEST IN A HORIZONTAL RELATIONSHIP: Don’t be too quick to make a relationship sexual as it often becomes harder to develop a good vertical relationship afterwards. Even though it can be difficult in this day and age, try to take your time to get to know someone first. It will only lead to a more satisfying sexual relationship down the road.
